Help in the home of any client is a very personal thing. All our staff appreciate that no matter whether they are there for just an hour or are offering a live-in service they should be respectful of our client’s privacy and property, and are responsible for their health, comfort and happiness.
Often young adults are being cared for by parents or partners, so our carers know that their help in the home should extend to their needs as well. Sometimes this will mean setting extra places at the dinner table, and at times it will mean giving them space to spend time with their loved ones.
